Erol Ismail has been advising clients on various legal issues for 20 years, including legal support for major projects in the banking industry; regulation of credit institutions and professional participants of the securities market, commercial, corporate and financial law; structuring of international financial and investment transactions; issue and circulation of securities. He has extensive experience in matters of foreign exchange controls, as well as in the resolution of disputes involving financial institutions.
Erol focuses on transactions related to capital markets, project financing, complex financial restructuring transactions with derivative financial instruments (derivatives).
In the past, he was the founder of the network of Burger King in the UK and has been recognized as one of the best specialists in the field of doing business in this industry.
Arzum Magerramov
Partner, Head of Corporate Finance department.
Arzum Magerramov oversees the direction of corporate finance and corporate strategy coordinating access to foreign markets for Ukrainian and foreign businesses. Extensive experience in banking, auditing, financial services and experience in a number of financial institutions, allows Arzum Magerramov successfully introduce advanced financial instruments and schemes for projects with the EBRD, EXCO for companies from different sectors of the economy in Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and EU countries.
Oksana Merezhko
Partner, Head of Restructuring and Tax Planning department
Oksana is a licensed attorney and is in charge of the restructuring and tax planning department, also has considerable experience in international, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, labor relations.
Oksana, regularly advises on the structuring of foreign direct investment, representing strategic and financial investors, as well as advising on the establishment and structuring of business in Ukraine and in foreign jurisdictions
Igor Kondratyuk
Partner, Department of Real Estate and Construction
Igor Kondratyuk provides a number of international companies at all levels of implementation and investment projects in Ukraine, including negotiations with the state authorities, the structuring of projects, selection optimal form of external financing of construction of production facilities and their commissioning. Igor has considerable experience in advising foreign and Ukrainian investors on the acquisition of rights to land and buildings; conducting due diligence of the legal status of real estate; make recommendations to minimize the risks identified in the audits.
Alexey Zorin

Alexey Zorin is an advisor to the International Litigation and Arbitration projects.
Alex represents clients in tax disputes, real estate disputes, debt collection, bankruptcy and other business processes. Mr. Zorin also specializes in international arbitration, successfully representing clients in numerous Ukrainian and international courts, assisting both foreign and domestic companies in developing and implementing strategies litigation.
Alexey is the author of numerous publications and articles on dispute resolution. In particular, his articles were published in the following books:

Irina Shulzhenko controls the movement of financial resources and co-ordinate work on the analysis of financial and economic state of the company. Irina involved in the development of financial policy, the creation of an optimal financial model, the management of financial flows, the accumulation of reserves, the development of budgets, plans and forecasts of the group, financial planning and management cash flows.
