Flexographic machines “Sigma” are produced with printing width of 126 mm and 186 mm. The machine allows to perform the complete cycle of label and sticker production, as well as printing on various reeled materials by method of flexographic printing.

Printing in four colors (for sausage coating printing by scheme 4+1 is possible), adpressing of protecting film (laminating), cutting along any contour, reeling of grate on a separate shaft and length cutting Çof printed products is possible for one run.

The machine is equipped with electronic counter of printed products (in meters or pieces). Drive – three phase asynchronous motor with smooth regulation of printing speed from 0 to 80 m/min. The machine is equipped with exhaust ventilation system ensuring removal of excess heat and products resulting from paints evaporating from working zone.

Flexomachine “Sigma” has module construction and can be delivered in three different versions of construction, at discretion of customer. The price for “Sigma” machine is made up depending on delivery set: number of printing sections, availability of cutting section, laminating facilities, dryer, length cutting, corona discharge etc.

"Delta” counting-reeling machine performs reeling and length cutting of printed material at speed up to 100 m/min with standard bushing of 76 mm in diameter for two receiving shafts. Spindles of receiving shafts are easy to remove and allow to shift from reeling on bushing of 76 mm in diameter to reeling on bushing of 25 or 41 mm in diameter.

In the course of operation products are counted by pieces (for labels) or by meters. The user can set the number of labels or meters required. The machine performs any task with high accuracy and stops afterwards.

Unified frame construction allows to set optimum sections for band edge tracking, rotary cutting and one printing section. The machine is regulated with the help of “Klinkmann” controller, on operator’s panel of which current values of technological parameters are displayed. To stabilize band tension in the course of operation and fix bushings of feeding and receiving shafts a pneumatic system, built on “Camozzi” pneumatic fittings, is used.

Perforating machine “Dominanta” performs punching of polypropylene packing material of 600 mm in width and of 25 microns in thickness. The hole grid is being formed when you pull the material through the perforating unit. The customer determines the design of perforation and the distance between the holes that are based on application of perforated material. Speed of processing is up to 80 m/min.

Perforated material that is processed on the “Dominanta” machine further is used for producing of the “breathable” package. This package allows storing foods for a long term without reducing their consumer properties. The range of application includes the packing for bakery products, sausages and vegetables.

The machine can be produced as a single unit or be embedded in the printing and the packing machines as separate module.

Flexographic Printing Machine "Alta" produced with a printing width of 280 mm and 320 mm. The machine can perform the full cycle of labels, stickers, and print on a wide variety of roll materials by flexographic printing.

In one pass can print up to five colors (for sausage casings can be printed according to the scheme 4 +1 and 3 +2), cutting on any contour winding burr on a separate shaft.

The machine is equipped with an electronic counter-printed products (in meters or pieces). Drive - three-phase asynchronous motor with infinitely variable print speeds from 0 to 100 m / min. The machine is equipped with a system of ventilation, dissipate excess heat and evaporation products of paints from the work area

Private enterprise “Bulat-Flekso” it is the Ukrainian developer and producer of the printing equipment.

Up to the 2011 on a market it was known as limited liability corporation “Bulat”. After reorganization and separation of other fields of activity, company is specialized exclusively on the printing equipment.

The main firm’s output is the narrow-width flexographic printing press “Sigma”. Batch manufacturing of the flex graphics engine was the first step. Nowadays more than 90 machines, operating not only in Ukraine but also in Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Algeria and Lithuania, are produced.The following step was the designing of the flexographic printing press “Alta” with up to 280 mm print width.

Counting-rewind machine “Delta” that is already batch-manufactured was the serious helping hand for printers in post-processing.  The novelty in this field is the “Delta-M” machine with the cutting section for the production of “empty” label.

The distinctive feature of the developing process of the new technology in “Bulat-Flekso” firm is the close contact with potential customer when the original machines providing maximum effect in solving of consumer’s specific problems are produced on the basis of serial units according to the tasks of the customer and his direct participation in the process.
