Gear pumps for metering and injection of viscose and cellulose acetate solutions
Mounted on machines for manufacturing chemical filaments.
Pump block is fixed by screws to pig-iron body. Spinning solution is fed by machine feeding pipeline to sucking channel of pump body, fills the cavities between working gear teeth, transferred by them to injection chamber and through injection channel of the body is pressed-out to spinneret


Gear pumps for metering and injection of polycaproamide and polyethylene terephthalate melts
Applied on machines for manufacturing chemical filaments
The pump is a block of plates with two rotating coupled straight-toothed cylindrical gears with equal number of teeth in the medium plate. At gears rotation the melt from suction chamber is fed to hollows between teeth of working gears, transferred by them to injection chamber and pressed out through hole to spinneret set
Pumps are manufactured from materials possessing high wear resistance

Gear pumps are availiable of four types:
1. type 33 — double-flow double-gear;
2. type 54 — four-flow double-gear;
3. type 55 — four-flow three-gear;
4. type 56 — four-flow three-gear.

Gear pumps for proportioning and pumping PAN solution in machines for man-made yarn manufacture
Pump consists of the unit of plates and drive. In the middle plate of the unit two engaging spur pinions with equal number of teeth rotate. At their rotation the solution from inlet chamber gets into the tooth space, moves to discharge chamber and is forced out through the hole into the spinneret set.

Gear pumps of type Г-11-2 (Г-11-1), unit pumps on its basis of type БГ11-2 (БГ11-1) are designed for injections under nominal pressure 2.5 MPa (0.5 MPa) of flux constant mineral oil with kinematic viscosity from 17 mm2/s (cSt) to 400 mm2/s (cSt) at oil temperature from 283K (from 10oC to 55oC) in lubrication system of working machines and other fixed machines.

Gear pumps of type Г-11-2 (Г-11-1), unit pumps on its basis of type БГ11-2 (БГ11-1) are designed for injections under nominal pressure 2.5 MPa (0.5 MPa) of flux constant mineral oil with kinematic viscosity from 17 mm2/s (cSt) to 400 mm2/s (cSt) at oil temperature from 283K (from 10oC to 55oC) in lubrication system of working machines and other fixed machines.


Gear oil pump of type НМШ
Gear oil pump of type НМШ and unit pump on its basis is used for pumping petroleum products (oils, petroleum, masut), and also for masut delivery in boiler units, without mechanical impurities with a kinematic viscosity of 75 mm2/s (cSt) ... 1800 mm2/s (cSt) (10 0ВУ .. 250 0ВУ). Power fluid temperature from 10oC to 70oC.


Eccentric bucket pump
Parameters are specified for pump operation on mineral oil with density of (17-23) mm2/s (cSt) at oil temperature (50+/-4)0C.
Eccentric bucket pump is designed for metering of straight material oil in the hydraulic systems of machine tools, pressed, lifts and other working machines that require unstable productivity and high pressure.
The pump operates on straight minerals oils "Турбинное 22" and "22-П" (GOST 32-74), "ВНИИНП-412" and other oils with similar quality at temperature from 0 to 50 C.

LTD «Kam’yanka mashine-bulding plant» is located in Kamenka Cherkassy region Ukraine. Factory was founded in 1936 as an industrial company focused on production of gear pumps. The long history of the plant is a wealth of experience in designing and building pumps for the production of chemical filaments and fibers, similar equipment for other industries.

In 1964, factory the acquired a license company “BARMAG” (Germany) for the production of exclusive pump types. In 1970, was put into operation workshop area of about 4,000 square meters, equipped new high-precision equipment, air conditioning system, and it is equipped laboratories and test facilities.

Since 2003, commercially available gear pumps of type Г 11-2 (Г 11-11), unit pumps on its basis of type БГ11-2 (БГ11-1) are designed for injections under nominal pressure 2,5 MPa (0,5 MPa) of flux constant mineral oil. Also gear oil pump of type НМШ and unit pumps on its basis is used for pumping petroleum products (oils, petroleum, masut). Eccentric bucket pump is designed for metering of straight mineral oil in the hydraulic systems of machine tools, presses, lifts and other working machines that require unstable productivity and high pressure.

Simultaneously with the development of new products, plant attaches great importance to product quality. Program test run all pumps. Quality control system significantly increased the reliability of the product. Engineering department of the plant to solve the challenges of developing new products.
