URJV «Pamibro» Ltd. is the first and the biggest in Ukraine paper sack manufacturing plant since 1996. We are aimed at paper sack production for construction, chemical, and food industries.
Due to market development dynamics and paper sack demand increase, Pamibro management decided to expand its production in 2006, and to build new production cite with advanced processing units.
In 2008, the unique high-tech Windmöller und Hölscher paper sack production line was brought into operation inside the new production cite designed according to the international norms and demands.
Mass production includes 2, 3, 4 layer valve and open-mouth sacks, pasted and stitched, of various sizes, with printed inscriptions of four colors, perforated, with laminated or polyethylene layer.
Pamibro paper sacks meets the ecological requirements of Ukraine, international demands, All-Union Standard (GOST) 2226-88 and the manufacturer’s Technical Conditions.
Besides, according to the concluded contract with UkrMedSert company training has been carried out at the enterprise and quality management system was introduced. Solemn delivery of the certificate took place on the 11th of June, 2010, confirming that ISO 9001-2008 requirements are executed.

Technologies
Tuber AM 8125
Highly productive tuber for straight and pinch bottom sacks includes complete paper sacks usage range, and is equipped with WINDOWS TM XP, CNC systems.
 
Bottomer AD 8320
Universal bottomer for sack bottom and valve shaping is the first to produce paper sacks for filling volume range from 2 to 100 l, and production capacity of 330 sacks per minute. The bottomer is equipped with preset reformatting control.
Transsystem 1 and Transsystem 2
The equipment assigned to connect tuber and bottomer, and to further transport sacks to palletizers.
Flexa 820 4 color printing station
Modern printing station is combined with tuber and allows simple and tonal printing.
